How the pipeline works

VOYA CODE business rules applied to every operation

  • Rooms are bought from partner hotels at a negotiated rate and stay unpublished.
  • Publication happens roughly two weeks after the purchase, which starts the sale window.
  • Each sold voucher is valid for three months from publication.
  • An operation closes when all vouchers are used, refunded or expired.
